1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Relica.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
2. Services
Relica provides:
Issuing and managing virtual prepaid cards through Stripe.
Digital wallet top-ups via supported payment gateways.
Manual and automated withdrawal options, depending on availability.
Relica is not a bank. We partner with licensed payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to provide card issuing and transaction services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use Relica for illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, prohibited purchases).
You must maintain security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Fees & Limits
Fees, charges, and transaction limits are published in the Fee Schedule on our site.
We may update fees or limits at any time, with notice.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits (Money In) are credited once verified by the payment gateway.
Withdrawals (Money Out) are processed manually or via connected payment providers.
Processing times vary (generally 1–3 business days).
6. Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Card transactions already processed cannot be reversed by Relica.
7. KYC & Verification
We may require you to submit identification documents before enabling withdrawals.
We reserve the right to freeze or close accounts if KYC/AML rules are not satisfied.
8. Limitation of Liability
Relica is not liable for:
Losses due to misuse of your account.
Service interruptions or third-party provider failures.
Unauthorized use of your virtual card.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (or your business jurisdiction).
