Relica – KYC & AML Policy

Relica is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. This policy explains how we verify users and monitor activity to ensure a safe and lawful financial environment.
1. Purpose
This policy is designed to:
Prevent the use of Relica for fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
Protect legitimate customers by ensuring secure transactions.
Comply with applicable laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.
2. Customer Identification (KYC)
Before certain services (such as withdrawals) are enabled, Relica may require users to complete identity verification by submitting:
Full legal name
Date of birth
Residential address
Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
📌 KYC may be handled manually by Relica or via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe Identity, Persona).
3. Ongoing Monitoring
Relica monitors transactions to detect suspicious activity (unusual deposit patterns, large withdrawals, etc.).
Users with high transaction volume may be asked to provide additional documentation.
Accounts showing suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended until review is completed.
4. Prohibited Activities
Relica may restrict or terminate accounts involved in:
Money laundering or fraud schemes
Funding or supporting illegal activity
Transactions involving sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals
Use of Relica for gambling, weapons, or other prohibited goods/services
5. Record Keeping
Relica will securely store KYC and transaction data in compliance with applicable laws.
User data will not be shared except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
6. Reporting Obligations
Relica may file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.
We will cooperate with law enforcement requests in accordance with the law.
7. User Responsibilities
By using Relica, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when requested.
Update your account if your details change.
Not attempt to bypass KYC/AML checks.
