Relica – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Relica, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent financial experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds apply to services offered through our platform.


1. Deposits & Wallet Top-Ups
All wallet top-ups (via Stripe, PayPal, crypto, or manual bank transfer) are final and non-refundable once processed.

If a top-up is pending or has not been credited due to technical error, please contact support within 24 hours for investigation.


2. Virtual Cards
Once a virtual card is created, the associated fees are non-refundable.

If a card is issued but fails due to a technical error, we may issue a replacement card at no cost.


3. Subscriptions & Service Fees
If Relica introduces subscription-based services (e.g., premium limits, extra features), subscription fees are non-refundable after billing.

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime to avoid future charges.


4. Withdrawals (Money Out)
Withdrawal requests (bank transfer, PayPal, crypto, etc.) cannot be canceled once submitted.

All withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take 2–3 business days for approval and execution.

If incorrect account details are provided by the user, Relica is not responsible for lost funds.


5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice any unauthorized transaction on your Relica account, contact support immediately.

We will investigate in partnership with our payment providers (Stripe, banks, etc.).

Refunds for unauthorized use are subject to provider policies and may not always be possible.


6. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and banking system.
