1. Eligibility
You must:

- Provide accurate information
- Complete KYC verification when required
2. Virtual Card Usage
Relica provides virtual payment cards for secure online transactions.
You agree to:
- Use the cards only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraudulent or prohibited transactions
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Cards may not be used for gambling, cryptocurrency-related transactions, or money transfer services.
We reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts for suspicious or illegal activity.
3. Fees
Relica charges a disclosed fee per virtual card created, shown before checkout.
All fees are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Relica for:
- Money laundering
- Purchasing illegal goods
- High-risk financial crime
- Abusive or harmful behavior
- Circumvention of merchant restrictions
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail KYC/AML requirements
- Fraudulent activity is detected
6. Liability
Relica is not liable for losses resulting from:
- Incorrect information provided by the user
- Merchant errors
- Unauthorized use caused by negligence of the user
- Service disruptions beyond our control
- Network outages or issuer-related service interruptions
